Atlas Copco to Buy China's Guangdong Euroklimat

12:20 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Copco (ATCO-A.ST, ATCO-B.ST) will purchase Guangdong Euroklimat Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Co., a refrigeration and air conditioning equipment manufacturer based in China. The Swedish industrial group expects to close the deal during the third quarter, subject to regulatory approval, according to a Wednesday release. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Atlas Copco will integrate the acquired business into the oil-free air division within its compressor technique business area.
