(“Xianfeng Dongguan”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to sign a “Joint Venture Agreement” with Guangdong Yingshuo Electronics Co., Ltd. The two parties will jointly fund the establishment of Xianfeng Yingshuo Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture with a registered capital of 118 million yuan, of which Xianfeng Dongguan invested 60.18 million yuan in currency, with a shareholding ratio of 51%.
