Zhitong Finance App News, Liangqing Holdings (03774) announced that on July 15, 2026 (after the trading session), Sohadagenso HongKong Limited (Sohadagenso HongKong Limited), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a technology development agreement with Hongkong Sunseeker Technology Limited (Sunseeker). Based on this, the Group appointed Sunseeker to use its core artificial intelligence (AI) model to develop anti-aging and Health management platform. The platform will mainly focus on integrating in-depth analysis of anti-aging and health assessment reports, formulating individual anti-aging plans, and providing accurate product recommendations. Under the technology development agreement, Sunseeker will develop an AI anti-aging model for the group.
According to the announcement, the group has strategically positioned itself and is committed to providing its customers with comprehensive beauty and wellness solutions. The board of directors believes that further integration of AI technology into the anti-aging industry shows significant growth opportunities with huge market potential. The conclusion of the technology development agreement marks a critical step for the Group to elevate its business model to a comprehensive anti-aging platform driven by technology and empowered by data.
With the underlying technical support provided by a leading enterprise-level AI model company in China, Sunseeker has strong capabilities in developing and deploying AI models. Under a technology development agreement, Sunseeker is about to develop technology driven by a customized AI anti-aging model for the group. By using customized AI functionality embedded in technology, the Group will later develop an AI anti-aging action application that will have the ability to process complex health data and directly provide users with accurate and scientifically based opinions.
The Board believes that cooperation with Sunseeker will bring significant strategic advantages and synergy effects to the Group. First, cooperation can seamlessly integrate the Group's existing offline diagnostic capabilities with online user interaction. Guided by a customized AI model, the app will allow users to record and track their daily habits to provide them with continuous, dynamic and personalized anti-aging suggestions and products based on their immediate biological characteristics.
Second, with the technology's AI capabilities, the app will be able to act as a continuous digital touchpoint to strengthen customer engagement and brand loyalty. By transforming regular visits to physical clinics into a continuous interactive relationship, the app is expected to open up huge cross-sales opportunities and effectively match user needs with the Group's offline medical and aesthetic services and online/offline anti-aging products, thereby maximizing the lifetime value of customers.
Furthermore, by combining the Group's deep expertise and mature operating infrastructure for over 17 years in the medical beauty industry and the technical strength of Sunseeker and its related technology suppliers, the Group was able to quickly launch innovative digital anti-aging solutions on the premise of optimizing R&D expenses and speeding up product launch times. The board of directors expects that this move will strengthen the Group's brand image, establish a first-mover advantage in the field of “AI+ anti-aging”, create a sustainable revenue stream, and bring long-term value to the Group's shareholders.
