The board of directors proposed changing the company's current English name from “Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited” to “Qinghai Pharmaceutical Group Limited” and adopting “Qinghai Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.” as the second Chinese name to replace the current Chinese second name “Kaisa Health Group Holdings Co., Ltd.”
