Colon Pharmaceuticals announced that a phase 3 clinical study on first-line treatment of PD-L1 negative locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with TROP2 ADC, a core product of the holding subsidiary of Colon Botai, was confirmed by an independent data monitoring committee to reach the main end of progression-free survival. Compared with chemotherapy combined with pabolizumab, the overall survival period showed significant improvements in statistical and clinical significance. The overall survival period was beneficial and safety was good. Collumbotai plans to communicate the findings with the Drug Evaluation Center of the State Drug Administration.
