Heaven Gathers Earth (02479): Proposed construction of a public security model and a robot production department to report crime

According to Zhitong Finance App, Tianjudihe (02479) announced that on July 14, 2026, Suzhou Juhui Tianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Juhui Tianqing), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a general engineering contract with contractors (Lianchuang Era (Suzhou) Design Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Fifth Construction Group Co., Ltd.) for the project. Based on this, the contractor agreed to undertake the design, procurement and construction of the Gongda Model and Crime Reporting Robot Production Headquarters of Suzhou Juhui Tianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd., at a total cost of RMB 102 million.

The project involves the construction of the public security model and reporting robot production department of Suzhou Jujutianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd., located on the south side of Swan Dang Road and the west side of Tayun Road in Wuzhong District, Suzhou, China. The group has obtained the right to use state-owned construction land. The total construction area of the project is approximately 28,351.3 square meters.

The Group is mainly engaged in providing API data circulation services and data management solutions. The directors believe that the conclusion of general engineering contracts and projects will help achieve the company's future operating strategy, improve production efficiency and production capacity, and meet the Group's business development needs.
