Ortelius International Obtains SEK21 Million Convertible Bond Facility

05:58 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ortelius International (ORTIN.ST) secured a financing facility of up to 20.8 million kronor under a convertible bond issuance agreement with Loft Structured Opportunities Fund I, or Loft Capital. As part of the deal, Loft Capital committed to subscribe to up to 208 convertible bonds in the Swedish technology company, according to a Tuesday release. The facility will comprise five tranches, with each tranche maturing after 12 months of subscription. Ortelius simultaneously filed a drawdown notice for the initial tranche of 3.5 million kronor.
