Zhongtian Hongxin (00994): Establishing an American Depositary Securities Program

According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhongtian Hongxin (00994) announced that the company has established an American Depository Securities Program (the plan) and appointed Bank of New York Mellon (Bank of New York Mellon) (Bank of New York Mellon) as a depository bank, effective July 14, 2026 (US Eastern Standard Time) (effective date).

Each American Depositary Share (ADR) represents 20 shares of the Company's common stock held in and kept by the Hong Kong Depositary Custodian Bank. American ADR shares will be traded under the code “CTVHY” on the US OTC market at a later date after the program opens for trading.
