Due to continued rainfall, some trains stopped operating at Shenyang Railway Station and Shenyang North Railway Station in Liaoning. In order to ensure the safety of railway transportation and passenger travel, the Shenyang Bureau of China Railway promptly initiated emergency response against Taiwan and flood control, and temporarily suspended general speed trains on routes such as Jingtong, Jincheng, Shenji, Changbai, and Shenshan, as well as high-speed rail trains on some sections of the Beijing-Harbin, Shendan, Xintong, Changhui, Shenbai, Shenda, Chaoling, and Panying routes.
