Guo Rui Life (00108): Chen Helan was nominated as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board

Zhitong Finance App News, Guorui Life (00108) issued an announcement. Mr. Leung Ho Ming resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business commitments, effective July 13, 2026. Mr. Leung will also cease to serve as (i) a member of the Company's Audit Committee and the Company Nomination Committee; and (ii) the Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee from the same date.

Mr. Chen Helan has been nominated as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board with effect from July 13, 2026. Mr. Liu Bingyang has been nominated as an executive director with effect from July 13, 2026. Mr. Huang Yining has been nominated as an independent non-executive director with effect from July 13, 2026.

Since July 13, 2026, (i) Mr. Chen has been appointed as Executive Director and Vice Chairman; (ii) Mr. Liu has been appointed as Executive Director; (iii) Mr. Wong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director; and (iv) after Mr. Leung's resignation as an independent non-executive director, Ms. Du Ziyun has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from July 13, 2026.
