Ferguson Enterprises to Buy FWI Holdings for $1.6 Billion

09:23 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ferguson Enterprises (FERG.L) will acquire technical valves and flow control solutions distributor FWI Holdings at an enterprise value of $1.6 billion. The plumbing and heating products distributor is purchasing the business from Wynnchurch Capital through an all-cash acquisition, according to a Monday release. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
