According to the Zhitong Finance App, Cao Cao Travel (02643) issued an announcement to repurchase 241,900 shares at HK$3.97 million on July 13, 2026.

40,600 shares were issued on July 13, 2026 as a result of the exercise of share options under the pre-initial public offering share incentive scheme adopted in November 2022.
