(buyer) on July 9, 2026. The contract regulates the Group's supply of various products and related supply chain services to the buyer during the contract period. The contract lasts for two years, from July 9, 2026 to July 8, 2028. According to the contract, the buyer can issue a purchase order with the Group. The purchased products include Class II medical devices, electronic computer servers, and Chinese herbal medicine agricultural products. Based on the estimated procurement volume contained in the contract, the total annual cost is estimated at approximately RMB 244 million. This amount is for reference only, and the actual transaction amount will depend on the purchase order actually placed by the buyer during the contract period. On July 9, 2026, the buyer also issued the first purchase order to purchase Class II medical devices in accordance with the contract, with a total amount of RMB 4.4 million.
