Iran's oil minister Mohsen Paknejad said that the main terms of the final agreement on gas trade between Iran and Russia have been agreed, and plans are being made to finalize the agreement as soon as possible. Paknejad said that negotiations on a gas trade agreement have progressed, and Tehran has urged Moscow to speed up implementation.
