Xinzhi Holdings (02166) completed the issuance of a total of 97.736 million shares to be placed

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xinzhi Holdings (02166) issued an announcement. All conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement agent has placed a total of 97.736 million shares to no less than six undertakers. The placement was completed on July 13, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the 97.736 million placed shares have been allocated and issued to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$3.00 per share, which is equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the issued share capital of the company that was expanded by allocating and issuing all placed shares immediately after the completion of the placement agreement.
