According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tiantu Investment (01973) announced that the Company sold a total of 481,500 BeBeBus shares on the market through its subsidiaries on July 13, 2026. The average price of each BeBeBus share was about HK$33.42, and the total proceeds from the sale were about HK$16.0938 million (not including transaction costs). After the sale, the Group held 4.809,000 BeBeBUS shares, accounting for about 5.30% of the total issued share capital of BeBeBus.
