China Satellite announced that the China Academy of Space Technology, the controlling shareholder of the company, reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 8.4294 million shares through centralized bidding from June 25, 2026 to July 13, 2026, accounting for 0.71% of the company's total share capital. The shareholding ratio was reduced from 51.46% to 50.75%. This change in equity hit the 1% scale. The current holdings reduction is in line with the previously disclosed holdings reduction plan. Currently, the plan has not been implemented.
