Contemporary Real Estate (01107) continues to be suspended after receiving guidance from the Stock Exchange to resume trading

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Contemporary Real Estate (01107) issued an announcement. The Company received a letter dated July 8, 2026 from the Stock Exchange, which contains the following guidelines for resuming trading of the Company's shares:

(a) publish all unpublished financial results as required by the listing rules and process any audit revisions;

(b) Proving that the Company has complied with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules;

(c) Appointing an independent internal control consultant to conduct an independent internal control review and certify that: (i) significant deficiencies have been identified with respect to the suspension of trading and that all necessary remedies have been properly implemented; and (ii) the Company's internal controls are sufficiently effective to achieve its objectives and enable the Company to comply with listing rules and other legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the financial reporting cycle; and (d) inform the market of all material information relating to the Company's shareholders and investors in evaluating the Company's situation. If the Company's circumstances change, the Exchange may revise or supplement the guidelines for resuming trading.

Before approval is granted to resume trading of its securities, the Company must comply with all guidelines for the resumption of trading, correct the issues that led to its suspension of trading, and fully comply with the listing rules to the satisfaction of the Stock Exchange. In this regard, the Company bears the main responsibility for formulating its own plan of action to resume trading. Although the Company may seek guidance from the Exchange regarding its plan to resume trading, the plan does not require prior approval from the Exchange before implementation.

Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
