Montanaro European Smaller Companies Trust Receives Tenders for 14.6% of Share Capital

04:33 AM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Montanaro European Smaller Companies Trust (MTE.L) said Monday it received tenders for 17,966,998 shares, reflecting 14.6% of its share capital, under its tender offer. The London-listed investment trust commenced the offer in June, providing shareholders with the opportunity to tender up to 5% of the company's share capital. The tender price will be set at a 5% discount to the prevailing net asset value per share.
