According to the news, according to Kexing Pharmaceutical's official WeChat account, recently, Kexon Pharmaceuticals and Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Xinhua Pharmaceutical” for short) joined hands once again to reach cooperation with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates regarding the export of ethyl eicosapentaenoate softgels overseas. This is another important cooperation between the two sides, following Sevelam Carbonate tablets, to jointly promote domestic high-purity EPA preparations into the two core pharmaceutical markets in the Middle East.

Xinhua Pharmaceutical's ethyl eicosapentaenoate softgels obtained the “Drug Registration Certificate” issued by the State Drug Administration in June 2025, making the entire chain of domestically produced EPA preparations autonomous and controllable from raw materials to formulations. Currently, the drug has submitted a registration application to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
