J.P. Morgan Chase hires Two More Sponsors to Seize Hong Kong's IPO Market Boom

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to reports, J.P. Morgan Chase has recruited two investment bankers who can sign Hong Kong's IPO documents. During the period when Hong Kong's issuance and listing activities were strong, these key positions were in high demand.

According to the report, Benjamin Seto Jialiang from Citigroup and Gary Lam Lin Qingle from China Merchants Securities have joined J.P. Morgan to report work to Nelly Pai, head of the Hong Kong IPO and corporate finance team.

The report quoted people familiar with the matter as revealing that both are qualified to act as sponsor supervisors. A J.P. Morgan Chase spokesperson confirmed the appointments. The sponsor manager is a licensed professional who oversees due diligence and signs documents for the company's IPO in Hong Kong.
