According to the terms of the cooperation agreement, the two sides will combine the AI platform that has been proven by Insili Intelligence and AI to enable innovative drug research and development capabilities, as well as Kangzhe Pharmaceutical's experienced R&D team and deep understanding of the disease field to jointly promote the cooperative development of innovative drugs. Based on this partnership, Insili Smart is expected to receive a total milestone payment of up to RMB 1.2 billion, as well as a share of net sales.
