A civilian crew member went missing, and the ship was unable to continue sailing due to a fire and serious damage to the cabin. Iran was held to account for an earlier attack on a merchant ship, and was given another opportunity to demonstrate its compliance with the memorandum of understanding, but once again failed to comply.
