The total number of ships in the district was 6,812, including 1,180 sea vessels and 5,632 inland watercraft. All 235 fishing boats from all over Jiangsu Province have returned to port, and all 1,501 fishermen have landed; 125 coastal wind power operators and maintenance vessels have all entered the port to take shelter from the wind, and the people on board have been evacuated; all types of ships in the jurisdiction have prepared to deal with the platform in accordance with established measures; water service areas and official boats have all implemented measures such as anchor chain adjustments and equipment reinforcement. In addition to temporary vehicle and personnel guidance, the rest of the passenger ferries have stopped sailing.
