Fiberfire Communications announced that the company plans to acquire a total of 60% of the shares of Fujikura Fenghuo Optoelectronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held by Fujikura Japan and Fujikura China for 500 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 100% of Fujikura Fenghua's shares.
