Sivers Semiconductors Issues New Shares for Partial Loan Repayment

12:07 AM EDT, 07/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sivers Semiconductors (SIVE.ST) will issue 22,847,044 shares to Bootstrap Europe IV as partial repayment for a $17 million loan facility, according to a July 3 release. The Stockholm-listed photonics and wireless technology company said the lender exercised its right to convert into new shares the $12 million fixed-rate secured convertible loan component of the facility. The conversion price was set at 4.77 kronor per share.
