Recently, the China Liquor Industry Association and KPMG China released the “2026 Mid-Term Research Report on the Chinese Liquor Market” in Mianzhu, Deyang, to disassemble the current state of operation of the industry in the first half of the year. The “Report” points out that the industry is experiencing a typical “triple kill in volume, price and profit”. The profit margins of over 86% of the surveyed companies have declined, and 68.5% of the surveyed companies expect continued downward adjustments in the second half of the year.
