Reinet Investments Plans EUR500 Million Share Buyback

12:06 AM EDT, 06/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Reinet Investments (REINA.AS, RNI.JO) said Thursday it plans to repurchase up to 500 million euros of shares. The Luxembourg-based investment company is looking to repurchase up to 16.5 million shares under the scheme. The program will be carried out in multiple tranches until the 2027 annual general meeting of the company. Reinet is allocating 75 million euros for the buyback of up to 2.5 million shares under the first tranche, which will run from June 22 through Aug. 19.
