Xunce (03317) proposes to appoint He Jinglu as a non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Xunce (03317) issued an announcement. Mr. Jiang Chunfei has proposed to resign as an executive director due to personal career plans. Mr. Jiang Chunfei's resignation will take effect at the end of the company's recent annual shareholders' meeting to be held on June 26, 2026, and he will continue to perform his duties as an executive director until then. An ordinary resolution will be submitted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the appointment of Ms. He Jinglu as a non-executive director of the first board of directors.
