The Ningxia Drug Administration clearly requires that by the end of October 2026, retail pharmacies and medical institutions above grade 2 in Ningxia will have a code scanning rate of at least 95%; private medical institutions, township hospitals, and village health rooms will fully complete the construction of a traceability system by the end of December.
