SpareBank 1 Østlandet Issues NOK3.28 Billion

12:00 AM EDT, 05/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL.OL) issued four tranches of senior non-preferred bonds with combined principal amounts of 3.28 billion Norwegian kroner. The financial services group said Monday it issued 1 billion kroner of floating-rate bonds due June 18, 2031; 875 million kroner of 5.237% fixed-rate notes due Sept. 18, 2031; 750 million kroner floating-rate bonds due May 18, 2032; and 650 million kroner of 5.223% fixed rate-bonds due May 18, 2032. The annual interest on the 2031 floating-rate bonds is equal to the three-month Norwegian interbank offered rate plus 0.755% and three-month NIBOR plus 0.8% on the 2032 floating-rate bonds. Settlement of the entire issuance is expected by May 18.
