From April 15 to 18, local time, Shi Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor, visited Spain to implement the important agreement of the meeting between the heads of state of the two countries and the provincial committee's deployment to expand high-level opening-up to the outside world, deepen friendly exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan and Spain, and push Sichuan to speed up the construction of a strategic highland opening up to the west.
