IPO News | Shenghuo Holdings Announces Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on March 13, Shenghuo Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: Shenghuo Holdings) submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Cinda International is its sole sponsor. According to the prospectus, Shenghuo Holdings is a marketing company that provides (i) integrated marketing services; (ii) marketing technology services; and (iii) advertising and marketing services in China. The company's marketing technology service mainly uses its own system to embed QR codes on the outer packaging of products and individual products.
