The import and export value of enterprises in the Cooperation Zone is nearly 70 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 31.8%. According to the overall plan for the construction of the cooperative zone, the scope of implementation of the cooperative zone is the customs supervision area between the “first line” and “second line” of Hengqin Island, where the area between Hengqin and the Macau Special Administrative Region is set as the “first line”; the zone implements a tax policy of “first-line” liberalization of goods and “second-line” control of goods, and a highly convenient branch management policy for personnel entry and exit.
