  • Andy Jansen has joined Cushman & Wakefield as president of Project & Development Services (PDS). Jansen will set the vision for the business, shaping and executing the full-scale Americas PDS strategy to drive growth. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from NEO4J, a leading graph intelligence platform. 
  • Arrow Real Estate Advisors, a real estate finance advisory firm, has hired Michael Tsyngauz as director. He will serve in a business development role focused on arranging debt and equity financing for commercial real estate owners, investors, and developers. Tsyngauz brings extensive experience across the commercial real estate capital markets, having closed more than $150 million in financing spanning multifamily, mixed-use, and development assets.

  • Ferguson Partners, a talent management and strategic advisory firm for global real assets industries, announced Allison Reid has joined the firm’s Executive Search team as Managing Director and Global Head of Hospitality and Leisure. Based in New York, Reid will lead Ferguson’s Board and C-Suite search practice and talent management advisory services across international hospitality, gaming, cruise lines and related sectors.  
  • Cole Schotz P.C. announced that five attorneys have been elevated to members in the firm’s Florida, New Jersey, and New York offices. The new members are Matthew Barish, Drew Barone, Brandon Fierro, Patrick Parrish and Jeffery Sauer. Additionally, Andreas Milliaressis has been named special counsel. 
  • Secure Properties appointed Kris Sanderson as Managing Director and Principal. She will lead acquisition efforts nationwide as the firm continues to scale its portfolio and expand its investment platforms. Secure currently owns more than 400 properties and manages over $1.5 billion in assets, with a growing focus on acquiring sale-leaseback and net-lease assets sourced through both direct operator relationships and M&A-driven transactions. 
  • Project REAP, a national nonprofit that creates pathways into commercial real estate careers for underrepresented professionals, announced new board leadership and the election of six new directors, effective January 2026. Erica-Nicole Harris has been elected board chair, succeeding Mike Kercheval, who led the board for two years. She previously served as co-vice chair. Allan Suarez, a Project REAP alumnus and chief operating officer at All Renovation Construction LLC, has been elected co-vice chair alongside continuing vice chair Jimena Sayavedra of Newmark. Continuing officers include Khalid Rashid of Clarion Partners as treasurer and Katrina Rainey of Microsoft as secretary. The organization also welcomed six new board members: Tiffany Daniels, senior portfolio manager, Walmart; Sandhya Espitia, COO, Real Estate Board of New York; Rodney Johnson, regional VP, JPMorgan Chase; Carol Spann Joyner, head of real estate transactions, US and Canada, Levi Strauss & Co.; Hillman Lam, managing director, Sperry Real Estate Capital; and Jenny Chang McMullen, SVP, store development, lululemon. 
  • Simone Development Companies announced that Kevin J. Plunkett, Director of Strategic Initiatives, has been appointed to the Board of the Healthcare Trustees of New York State (HTNYS). Plunkett joined Simone Development Companies in 2018 and is well known in Westchester County’s business and not-for-profit community. He currently serves as Chair of Northwell Phelps Community Board and is Vice-Chair of The Broadview, an intergenerational senior facility on the campus of SUNY Purchase. 
  • Multidisciplinary design practice Spectorgroup has been selected to design the new Manhattan office of global law firm Dorsey & Whitney. The 41,248-square-foot workplace is located at 1301 Ave. of the Americas. The project consolidates the firm’s New York presence in a space that emphasizes connectivity, flexibility and hospitality-driven amenities.
