STAG Industrial Raises Dividend From $0.1242 To $0.3875/Share

The Board of Directors of STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE:STAG) today declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2026 in the amount of $0.3875 per share of common stock, reflecting an increase in the annual dividend rate from $1.49 per share to $1.55 per share, as well as the Company's shift from monthly to quarterly dividends.
