Play (09890): Completed the issuance of HK$468 million zero-interest convertible bonds due in 2027

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Taipan (09890) issued an announcement. All prerequisites for the subscription of convertible bonds contained in the subscription and placement agency agreement have been met, and the issuance of convertible bonds was completed on January 8, 2026.

The total principal amount of the convertible bonds is HK$468 million and has been sold to subscribers. According to the knowledge, knowledge and conviction of the Company after making all reasonable inquiries, the Subscriber and its ultimate beneficial owner were all independent third parties of the Company as of the date of this announcement.
