Crédit Agricole Unit Launches Tender of Fixed-rate Resettable Notes

03:23 AM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crédit Agricole (ACA.PA) unit Crédit Agricole Assurances launched a tender offer for two series of its subordinated fixed-rate resettable notes that were issued in 2016 and 2018. The tender offer covers 1 billion euros of 4.75% and 1 billion euros of 2.625% subordinated fixed-rate resettable notes, first resettable on Sept. 27, 2028, and Jan. 29, 2028, respectively. The offer will run until Jan. 15, 2026, with final results to be announced on Jan. 16, 2026, according to a Thursday release The French lender also plans to issue tier 2 fixed-rate euro subordinated notes due December 2036.
