The Zhitong Finance App learned that the US juice producer Buda Juice plans to issue 2.7 million shares at a price of 7.50 US dollars each in its initial public offering (IPO) to raise 20 million US dollars. The issue price is at the lower end of the previously announced pricing range of $7.50-9.00 per share. The company plans to be listed on the American Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BUDA.”

According to reports, Buda Juice is a company that specializes in private brands and OEM citrus drinks, and is headquartered in Texas, USA.
