Nordex Lands 246-MW Wind Turbine Orders for Spanish Projects

01:57 AM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nordex (NDX1.F) obtained orders totaling 245.8 megawatts to deliver 38 wind turbines for projects in the Spanish regions of Teruel, Navarra, Burgos, and León. The orders, which include a premium service deal, cover the wind turbine maker's N163/6.X, N175/6.X, N133/4800, N163/5.X, and N149/5.X turbines, according to a Thursday release. The company added that the 75-megawatt Castillo 1 project will begin operations in the first quarter of 2027.
