In terms of continuing to promote water environment management, the “Plan” proposes to speed up the completion of shortcomings in urban sewage treatment facilities, with the centralized collection rate of urban domestic sewage treatment reaching 73% in 2027; raising the level of supervision of inlet sewage outlets, completing investigation and remediation and establishing a normalized supervision system; deepening the prevention and control of water pollution in industrial parks, carrying out special actions to rectify water pollution in industrial parks, the construction of a three-level environmental emergency prevention and control system for sudden water pollution incidents in chemical parks; and the preparation of the “One Park, One Policy, One Map” plan. By 2027, the efficiency of sewage collection treatment in industrial parks at the provincial level and above will improve markedly; Prevention and implementation of agricultural surface source pollution Chemical fertilizer and pesticide reduction and comprehensive agricultural surface source pollution control projects in key regions; improving the level of water and shoreline cleanliness. By 2027, the level of shoreline cleanness in main streams and major tributaries such as the Yellow River and Han River, and lake reservoirs such as Hongqin and Yinghu will be further improved.
