Croatian President Milanović issued a statement on the 7th stressing that Croatia will not send troops to Ukraine. The statement said that in order to dispel “any doubts” about the Croatian military's role in assisting Ukraine's “volunteer coalition”, “as the Supreme Commander of the Croatian Armed Forces, I hereby solemnly declare to the citizens of Croatia — Croatia will not send soldiers to Ukraine.”
