Banco Santander Unit Completes NOK500 Million Green Senior Bond Offering

09:57 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Banco Santander's (SAN.MC, BNC.L) subsidiary, Santander Consumer Bank, completed the issuance of new green floating rate senior unsecured bonds worth 500 million Norwegian kroner. The bonds have a Friday settlement date and will mature on Jan. 9, 2029. They were issued at a price of 100% and carry a spread of three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 47 basis points, according to a Wednesday release by the Spanish lender's unit.
