(Guangdong Fengxin, as the contractor), the Chinese subsidiary of the Group, and Shenzhen Shengshi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Shengshi, as the contractor) signed a project contract agreement for the second phase of the industrial waste gas power generation project of Sunit Youqi Xinmeng New Materials Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, Shenzhen Shengshi has appointed Guangdong Fengxin to undertake all the work related to the second phase of the project with an installed capacity of 60 megawatts. The total contract amount was RMB 78.3 million.
