Hanza Closes Purchase of Germany's BMK Group

08:35 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hanza (HANZA.ST) completed its purchase of German advanced electronics manufacturer BMK Group and will launch a share issue in kind as settlement for the deal. The Swedish contract manufacturer will issue in kind 16,999,998 shares at a subscription price of 126.6 kronor each to acquire a 100% stake in BMK Group from its three founders, according to a Wednesday release.
