Captivision Granted Nasdaq Extension To Regain Compliance With Periodic Filing Rule

Captivision Inc. ("Captivision" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:CAPT), today announced that it has been informed that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the "Panel") has granted the Company's request to extend the deadline for regaining compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rules, subject to certain conditions related to the Company's ongoing efforts to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the "Periodic Filing Rule"). Pursuant to the Panel's decision, the Company must demonstrate compliance with the Periodic Filing Rule on or before March 31, 2026, with respect to 2024 fiscal year audited financial results, and April 17, 2026, with respect to reporting first half 2025 financial results (the "Extension Periods").
