Danish energy company Wolxu Energy said it plans to raise another legal challenge against the Trump administration's order to stop the construction of an offshore wind power project in the US. The renewable energy company said on Wednesday that its Sunrise Wind Project near the New York State coast faced significant damage due to a shutdown order last month, and the company will file preliminary legal proceedings in the District Court for the District of Columbia. European energy companies have invested billions of dollars in offshore renewable energy projects off the US, many of which are under construction or close to completion. After government orders blocked project completion, several companies have turned to legal challenges to protect their investments.
