Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap Increases Bond Offering to NOK1.85 Billion

12:52 PM EST, 01/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap (OLT.OL) upsized the first tranche of its bond offering to 1.85 billion Norwegian kroner, according to a Tuesday release. Earlier in the day, the Norway-based real estate company announced the issuance of 1 billion kroner worth of new senior unsecured bonds with a coupon of three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.99% per annum. Settlement of the seven-year bonds is scheduled to take place Jan. 13.
