Sedco Capital REIT Fund Proposes Higher Q4'25 Dividend

08:51 AM EST, 01/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sedco Capital REIT Fund (SASE:4344) will pay a dividend of 0.144 Saudi riyal per share for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2025. The Saudi Arabia-based real estate investment trust fund said Tuesday it will distribute the dividend starting from April 2 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 19. It paid 0.125 riyal per share a year ago.
