Shareholders of Shanwaishan (688410.SH) plan to reduce their total holdings by no more than 2%

Shareholders Yuan Waiyuan, Chongqing Dexiang, and Chongqing Derui intend to reduce their total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.374,700 through centralized bidding transactions or bulk transactions due to their own capital requirements. The total reduction ratio will not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital. It will be implemented within 3 months (January 29, 2026 to April 28, 2026) from the date of disclosure of this holdings reduction plan.
